This is Bank Aceh (formerly the Aceh Regional Development Bank - BPD Aceh), they have the right to manage salaries and honoraria funds for civil servants in Aceh. But unfortunately, rights are not accompanied by excellent service, at least that's the impression I get at this sub-branch - and some branches in other locations, though not all.nMy impression is that the employees who work here have never received training. Often serve customers without the slightest eye contact, or just a little. Without a smile, and felt like a burden, like there were problems at home that he had brought to this office. Answering customer questions only with YES or NO answers, so the customer has to choose and formulate questions so that it is sufficiently understood with only YES or NO answers.nnGenerally the problems above occur in all Bank Aceh offices, for employees who are puberty, maybe in their 20s - 30s, so if you feel quite handsome, maybe you are lucky to get pretty good service, if it's ugly let alone slum, yeah just be prepared not to be glanced at a second time, and as a bonus - be served without grumbling.nMeanwhile, employees who are mature enough, a mother or father over the age of 40 have a little service, and are more protective of customers who are under their age, and make partners for customers who are the same age or above.nnAs a suggestion, the management of Bank Aceh should be able to provide serious education and training and apply service standards to all employees without exception, from the Central to the supporting branches.
