The cafe just not hit the customer. Located on 3rd level of the building and its just not an "easy" access. Even a lift is provided. Except for a special preformance or a party. But it provide a good atmosphere. With city view and good air.

My hairstylist is always give me the best hair cut. Try to find Adrian, he will give you the best service. the calamari was a bit salty. But the Thai tea was nice.
