Very slow action! Need more concern to patients, they seems not care to patients. Nurse station are empty on 3.00 AM, the only nurse there are sleeping. Very poor experience.

Great Hospital, Great Doctors,Great support staff

This hospital serves BPJS government health programs. Highlighting this, when I was taking care of making glasses, I discovered a fact that did not illustrate this support for BPJS. The referral letter from the eye doctor was rejected by the eye doctor at this hospital. in fact I have received information from a friend that the x doctor in this hospital is difficult to pass the request for making glasses. But because I didn't know the eye doctor's schedule at this hospital, my wife and I were served by this x doctor. And the results turned out to be as expected, rejected!!.Thngs like this that often obscure the good intentions of the government. So, what is the point for me to always pay for first class BPJS? it is necessary to review the seriousness of the doctor so as not to disturb the reputation of the hospital and BPJS.

This place is disgusting, it's filthy, smelly and the employees have no respect for the patients. I was scheduled an appointment for this morning and when i arrived i was informed that the doctor wasn't here, they rescheduled for the same day at 19h and, surprise, surprise, the doctor wasn't there and they don't know when he's coming.

One of the worst hospitals in Surabaya. No proper intake...doctors do not show up and advise medical personnel by telephone only...the lights stay full on at night making it impossible to rest.nRest in Peace? How many patients died here already because of stupid mistakes made by this hospital or because of a wrong treatment? I know of two while one narrowly escaped death and had to stay in ICU at the RKZ hospital for two weeks to recover from this lousy place that does not deserve to be called a hospital!! How long will they be able to financially pluck people without showing any medical pride and responsibility?? This place should be CLOSED...NOW !!!
