Doctors and nurses were very good at handling it quickly but unfortunately the counter and registration section was very disappointing, I queued from morning to night for a prescription for medicine, I was given the same doctor after the examination was brought to the counter instead it was torn for reasons that were not clear which was very disappointing.

Good service at igd was handled immediately. The doctor is also responsive when asked questions. RS UB also serves SWAB PCR open from 8-12 hours. It is recommended to come in the morning to queue because every day only max 25 people

The hospital is big but quiet, the location is in the city center. The service is quite good, cleanliness is maintained.
