Pizza Marzano

They served well with the new health protocols. The plates come warms and clean, the staff put distance and wear face shield and face mask all the time. They serve the food with carefully. Food still as good as use too, but just some of the old menu dish no longer available.

The romana pizza was good. I like the chili oil on it so it's already spicy. The mushroom sauce was also so delightful with strong scent, but not too much.

Food excellent. Prices seem to have risen since our last visit.

Slow service with understaffed team in non-peak hours. Waited over an hour for garlic bread and it was only 10:30am. Manager was not able to give a solution, and instead gave excuses to our slow food. We asked for our status, said it was being cooked, but it was not put into their system. By the time we got our pizza, some of the items were not fully cooked. Unbelievably bad level of service coming from a well respected chain. They didn’t even give me my credit card back after I paid to leave. If you want to eat pizza here, expect long wait times, undercooked pizzas and dissapointment.

Although they don't serve beer/wine which must be fit these fine pizza and etc., we would love to visit this Pizza Marzano again because of its wide range of pizza menu and its taste. A bit crowded and sometimes staff seems like get confused wheather they took order or were called, but still it's acceptable with this price range and fine quality.
