It's a really yoga. The teachers are from India. Good for your health, balancing life and calm your mind. Have a aerial / swing yoga class and hot yoga classes.

Really bad experience. Teacher insulted me in the class. In over 10 years of practice I have never experienced this. Now I am not even reimbursed the remaining 90 classes I have prepaid.

The Hot Twist yoga class, turns out the temperature is not as hot as i thought. Sort of expecting at 39C. Bring your own padlock, rent yoga towel mat (20k), bath towel (only for member), great teacher.

Good studio and professional trainer. The facilities are good and they have nice shower room, with hot water, and towel is provided also. I tried the hot yoga class and it really draining my energy... So I guess it works well.

Bathroom's nice, the class and the instructor are good, they include water dispenser in the studio on ground floor. The instructors are mostly from India.
