SHOPEE EXPRESS HUB PULOGADUNG

Tolong dong ditingkatkan lagi,,, Kenapa gitu di Shopee harus ada jasa expedisi ini???? Dikirim dari tanggal 6 loh, perkiraan 8 harus udh sampai. Padahal masih wilayah jabodetabek dari tanggal 8 nih paket masih di pulo gadung,, pdhl mau dikirim ke alamat penerima tapi gagal ampe skrng ga di anterin,, mslhnya tanggal 12 harus udh selesai! Kalo ga diterima percuma saya beli barang kalo ga dtng² Ada yang tau nomor nya???
