Very slow delivery of packages via special express mail, with expensive shipping from Jakarta to Boru Wulanggitang, only 1 month from July 16 to August 16, I have not confirmed the existence of my package, every time I arrive at the post office point, from province, district and so on is not updated the status of the delivery, when I called the central post call center he said on July 22 the package arrived at Kupang, but until now there has been no news, the call center of the Maumere post has been contacted and the phone is not picked up ... please fix the system for the convenience of customers who have already paid Shipping costs are very expensive, BUMN should not lose to private companies which are much more satisfying.
