Tanoto Forestry Information Center

Bogor Agricultural University and the Tanoto Foundation today inaugurated the Tanoto Forestry Information Center, a forestry information center that is expected to be used by researchers, academia and students from Indonesia, Asia and the world. In this three-storey building covering an area of ​​1500m2, there is access to international journals on forestry that complement the collection of the Bogor Institute of Agriculture. The plan, this information center will be opened to the public so that the wider community can get information or share information about forestry. Tanoto Forestry Information Center is equipped with various facilities, including access to the Bogor Institute of Agriculture library, knowledge journals, and information about forestry in the form of panels and videos. This forestry information center, also as a place for incubation of knowledge and ideas through research, seminars and discussions. The Tanoto Forestry Information Center will also be a hub that connects the Bogor Agricultural Institute with other universities and world research institutions in the field of forestry.
