Been using Edufio service for a private swimming lesson, the admin team is very helpful to customers in giving detail information regarding the lesson and is open for customers' feedback regarding the tutors (I got unethical tutor on the first day of lessons, the second time she's rude I decided to report her to the Edufio management, then they prepared substitute tutor for me for the next lesson). For a service company, it is important to make your customers feeling comfortable in having the lessons, two thumbs up for the way they handled my complaints.
