We had a bit of miscommunication regarding the pick up location but this was resolved right away thanks to their remarkable customer service. Kadek Nova was our driver and he was great. Kadek drove us to and from Blue Lagoon and made sure our backpacks were secured while we left for the boat. He even made a spot at the Supermarket since we were craving some sweets after a day of swimming.

Took the ealry snorkel trip option. Got picked up by our wonderful driver komang. It is a hike from the nusa dua area but having a great driver like him makes all the difference.nnThe snorkel tour was great got to spend time in two different areas and they made sure you had enough time and helped gather fish closer for viewing. Afterwards we got a shower to wash off the salt and change.nnBy that time lunch was being served and it was a tasty rice dish but they had many different options.nnDef reccomend this to anyone going to bali

Reliable, responsible and friendly driver! We took a 2 days tour to Ubud and Munduk, price for the tour is quite reasonable. We had a great and pleasant time with our driver, Agus. Will recommend Rukmana Bali tour to our friends.
