Many improvements from my last visit. Easier queues using applications, friendly staff, and a comfortable waiting room. I only spent more or less an hour at the office. Fully satisfied ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

100% satisfied with the present service. Went in there & started the queue at the entrance at 8 am sharp, got the queue ticket number. Next waiting for call and original documents verification, filled up the application form. Then wait for interview, photo and finger print record. Everything, every steps are just so fast. I'd say with the new online app implementation, the whole procedure just basically takes about an hour. Needless to forget, the service attitude of the officers are also good, very polite, very helpful, very friendly. Keep it up :)
