Dear CS alfamart,nnI as a customer feel restless and uncomfortable when shopping at Alfamart marbella 2 Batam branch.nnWhen I shop, the staff jokes and doesn't seem to appreciate the customer.nnThey let go, grinning themselves even though there are customers.nnThey celebrate birthdays when there are customers.nnHopefully it doesn't happen again.nnThank you.

Please follow up with the newton branch Alfamart officer .. Today's incident is Monday, April 12, 2021 at around 5:45 am. Too impudent in serving consumers, and asking consumers to fight .. I as a consumer feel uncomfortable shopping there .. Very do not have attitude, it's not appropriate for your employees to work at Alfamart I don't know whose name ... But I have a photo of it ... I hope management will immediately take firm action against these employees ... Thank you
