The main branch of BTN Bank in Batam.nThe layout is very nice, the waiting room is comfortable, the toilet is clean too.nThe staff is very nice and the service is good and fast.nYou can find secondhand house list in front of the bank.

It is the BTN headquarters for the Batam and Riau Islands region. There is a Service Room for Priority Customers that is very comfortable and luxurious. Of the several banks that open priority services, this BTN priority room is one of the best. For non-priority customers, the service is still okay but on certain days especially at the beginning of the month there must be a long queue at the teller. Parking space is wide and safe, adequate for motorbikes but limited for cars. But overall, service at this bank is very okay.
