The people who work here are very friendly. Dr. Mahoney is great. The receptionists have A+ customer service skills. Very happy with my new dental office.

They’re incredibly kind and helpful here. I fell and smacked my mouth, resulting in chipping my two front teeth. They got me in super fast and helped me understand what my options were and what to look out for. Then Dr. Warnock fixed my teeth by filling in the gaps and it’s like I never fell! He match the color of the filling to my teeth beautifully and it’s hard to tell where I even chipped them to begin with. Thank you Main Street Dentistry!!

Ok, seriously guys, ease up on the relentless texts, robocalls, person calls, voicemail, and email confirmation inquiries. Schedules are made for a reason - consider a no-show instead of torturing my phone for a whole week prior to any appointment. It's getting ridiculous.

Been going here for the past 2 years, was told when I made a check up appointment I had a cleaning I already had paid for that I could finish for free. I said sure, they needed to do some extra work so it was an additional $100, I told them that was okay. When I’m about to check out, I was told I needed to pay $300 for an in house plan to get the free cleaning. They insisted they told me over the phone but never did. Asked for what evidence they had for them proving I agreed to this and the lady showed me a sticky note from another employee saying I was aware. Really disappointed as I thought I came in for a free cleaning but had to pay $480 in the end

SCAM!! DO NOT GO HERE!! They will steal your money cold heartedly. I paid 130$ ahead of time for an appointment that they had to cancel because of a pump issue at their location. Then they charged me 75$ for a cancelation charge. Even though they were the ones who canceled the appointment. Then they took the money out of what I previously paid them for services I never received. It is a sad world when we can’t even trust our doctor and dentists. Be safe and protect yourself. Do NOT trust these people with your money!
