I booked a voucher through Traveloka Xperience for “Glowing Beauty Package”. On that packaging details, it said that the price (IDR 937,500) includesn1. 60 minutes of Slumberland / In Dept Tissue Massagen2. Rose Petal Scrubn3. Wine bath.nnBut when I was done with the scrub, I did not get the massage and wine bath - when i asked them, they said the Traveloka mistakenly input the description details. What??? Traveloka would NEVER input any package data of merchant if it did not come from the merchant itself, dont they?nnI never wanted to come back here. This was my first time to give a trial as I have been doing this type of treatment with Martha Tilaar or Mustika Ratu Royal Heritage Spa. I just wanted to give a try to another Body Spa Place - but it honestly turned very disappointing for me especially for 900ish Rupiahs (I basically only got Body Scrub which I could just do it at home). The face accupressure is not satisfying enough for 300k Rupiahs.nnSeriously, probably this is why this place has only few/no guests as they charge surging price for nonsense servicennUpdate: after 2 weeks waiting, they intended to refund me for IDR 177,500. Yet, they havent refunded me tho it already passed a day.nnThey also kept blaming the customer and Traveloka of not complaining while the treatment was still on going. The heck of this business keep blaming Traveloka (of putting the wrong details) and blaming the customer of not complaining on the first place. I complaint when the treatment was about to get done and I asked.nnThis business is such a rip off. Dont go here. If I could give ZERO star, I would just do it.
