LuLu Hypermarket, QBIG BSD, Tangerang

Lulu Hypermarket is unique. The difference is related with middle east touch in some particular items. For example food corner which provided not only local, western food but also middle east cuisine which is can not find in other hypermarket. There is dining area if customers would like ti have dine in, but should pay it first. The groceries stuff are complete like others, plus Lulu has many options for clothes too including men, women and baby comparing with others. Lulu hypermarket has accessible facilities. Toilet for ♿ which also has the function for ud83dudebc. There is also dedicated cashier check point for ud83eudd30and elderly, however it was not operated. During pandemic time, Lulu implement health protocol, masker, temp checked in entry point and provided hand sanitizer too. In the cashier area, line for physical distancing also provided. All staff using mask and gloves.

2 star because of the varieties of items. Staff is not attentive at all. I asked for one item one staff told me that they don't have. I said last 2 days back you guys said stick is 48. Then she said wait I'll check, simple she round two corners and said no stock. I asked the same question to cashier who is attending me. She said you need to check there not here, I explained about the incident then she said I am busy with a reckless tone. I'll never go to that lulu again. I traveled a lot of countries and visited many lulu but this is the worst interns of customer service. May be they need to do meetings and briefings on each shift.

My favourite hypermarket at BSD. It has a wide variety of products, local and international. You can find anything here from food, drinks, clothes, toys, electronic products, etc. You can buy ready food here and eat it in their food court area. My most favourite area is the bakery. There are many kinds of bread and also cake. You can also get nuts, dates and other healthy food here. No need to worry about finding parking. Happy shopping!

This is a hidden gem in BSD area. Affordable price and fresh produce. Suitable especially for halal and muslim products.
