Overall good stay but only 1 towel for 2 persons staying, good hospitality by the staffs. Had a venue here is the reason for overnight. Unique themed hotel with split AC frozen one time & expelled ice from indoor unit...we asked for one bed but we got twin bed due to availability, we were only given 1 towel. the room's lighting is quite dimmed suitable for resting, not for work. There's smoke smell even though our room is a non smoking room. at 8 am the breakfast is already unavailable. but the bed and bathroom are clean and overall its fair value for money.

I have 1st stay in Fame Hotel Gading Serpong on Saturday 30 Jan 2021, I was stay in 4oom 918. The hotel has very exxellent room cleaniliness, various choices of breakfast, very quick response in room service otder, and very pleasant service. I will stay again in Fame Gading Serpong when I visit BSD. It was very worth compare to the price that I have paid in hotel rate. Excellent, keep this best service.
