Very noisy in the middle of the night but no any action from the management

1. Only 1 power plug, ONE!n2. The bathroom somehow doesn't have any form of air circulation or ventilation.n3. The floor, the wall, are atrocious, peeled off and dirty.n4. The bed is HARD, the pillow is HARD, I couldn't sleep at all!n5. A lot of noise of people speaking, walking, things clanking. There is even a kitchen right next to my window, as a view.n6. We were accompanied by some insects.n7. The security guard at the house complex, they ask for BOTH of OUR ID card, me and my husband. They took it! Not just borrow it to see! And when we checked in, the receptionist asked for my ID Card and of course we don't have it!n8. There is a better, bigger, cleaner, quieter, actual HOTEL, less than 2 KM, and they are cheaper!n9. No water bottle, no amenities, tooth brush, etc.n10. Overpriced!

Good place to stay, but the service is bad. Employees seems not care and have bad manner. Better improves

Very nice place to stay, but the electricity is just one per room
