The hospital is huge, the service is not bad, even though there is a nurse who can't maintain the language but I understand that maybe she is bored.

Bad service, the nurses / nurses don't have ethics and manners when talking. Where's all your nursing science soup? You graduated college?nnYou all do not have a conscience when talking to patients, should speak politely and do not need to make patients drop due to your words.
