Most of the employees are unfriendly when giving out services or if someone is asking for information. It is like they intentionally making me feels like I'm unwelcomed. Once, feels like more than enough to last a lifetime.

The first time I went here was 7 years ago and it was undeniably one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered with the bureaucracy.nnFast forward, I came back to this place around February 2020 to consolidate the data in my family registry because apparently it didn't match with BPJS's database and the service is still the worst ever. I had to spend half of my day just to submit the documents and wait for the confirmation receipt only to be told that the system was down so they're unable to correct my data right away. Very inefficient. Got a chance to talk with another citizens while I was there and some of them said that their e-ktp still hasn't been printed after waiting for two years because the blanko is incessantly unavailable. I wonder if it's ever available at all.nnLet's not get ahead of ourselves by talking and promoting Industry 4.0 slogan if the civil offices like this still maintain this kind of work ethic. It's still a long way to go.

Really really bad services

For the place it does not matter but the most I do not like the service which sometimes seems to be difficult and the queues are always lengthening.
