The most famous menu of Mujair Fish dishes is Ikan Bakar Mujair Nusantara. What makes it delicious is of course the main food ingredient is Mujair Fish. Mujair fish which is used as a type of Tilapia (Mujair) that lives on Lake Sentani. So it is not just any Mujair Fish but rather fish that are cultivated in lake water. Then what makes it special is the sauce. The spicy sauce is very spicy ... really. But that's where the pleasure of eating this fish must be spicy. Because if it's not dipped in hot spicy sauce it will taste normal. To be able to enjoy this dish, it is quite expensive because one portion (rice + 1 fish Mujair Bakar + spicy sambal) is priced at Rp120,000. Hmmmm ... it's expensive right. This place also provides various juz drinks in addition to mineral water and sweet tea.
