We had an issue however the Resort Manager, Executive Chef and the Director of Food & Beverage handled it quickly! Very professional!nnIn addition, many many thanks to both Nicholas and Mariah as they were truly our best servers (Bombay & Gordon’s restaurants). They were very prompt, polite and seemed to truly care about the resort guests.nAlso Julius was very helpful with the water sports and Kate was a very attentive poolside server.nThe grounds were kept up nicely and our rooms were cleaned well daily.nnWe will most definitely give Sandals/ Beaches our business in the future.

This was by far the best vacation I have ever taken. The staff was courteous, professional, and engaging the entire trip. The safety protocols (during covid) were second to none and everything was always kept clean. Additionally, the food, drinks, and activities were all top notch. I would recommend this resort to anyone considering a great vacation. I will be returning!!

The staff has been amazing. The excursions, the bars, the food, everything has been great. I just have one thing that annoyed me. We called multiple times for bottles of wine and champagne to our room and they never showed up. Other than that, everything has been awesome. A must see destination. It's beautiful here. Don't be afraid of #johnstoursslu on the beach either. They treat you great, and take great care of you. I will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic. Great location, even with the 2hr airport shuttle. Food was excellent, with the exception of kimonos. Sure, the cook has showmanship skills, but the food is bland. Soy sushi was the best. If you do a candlelight dinner on the beach, be aware that two of the meal options are what you also find on Gordon's menu. Get a dirty banana from the beach bar... but make it a double with chairman's reserve rum... trust in me... Seriously recommend H&A Tours Ltd. Full covid protocol cleared. Fantastic people!

This resort did not disappoint. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and stocked with water, towels and toiletries. The food was delicious and the entertainment was fun! They made check in easy and check out easy. COVID testing was well organized and all stress and anxiety was gone. Will definitely be going to another Sandals.
