Iberostar Grand Bávaro All inclusive

Everyone is always so welcoming and attentive from the butlers to the star friends. Everything was exceptionally clean with all staff wearing masks at all times. At the buffet the staff helps you serve, keeping everything simple & safe. Staling was such an amazing butler, helping us with a birthday surprise and taking care of all of our needs so we didn't have to lift a finger. There is always entertainment & games throughout the day with great night entertainment with wonderful singers & dancers! I will always recommend this place to anyone I meet!

Hi all travel lovers - it is a really a good hotel with great food, different restaurants and a lot of choices. Nice facilities. Nice garden and poolside. But the best of the hotel is the service. Everyone of the staff is so kind and helpful. They seems all happy about working for the hotel. We enjoyed the stay and also very happy about the support by Mr. Stalin and Daniel our concierges.

We booked for two weeks. got here on Sunday. So far everything is great. Great entertainment crew Joanna and Armando. Very accommodating and pleasant and fun to be around. Mostly hanging around the pool with the bar. All the bar staff are great and take good care of us, The same with the waitstaff at the restaurant. And not to mention our two butlers Darwal and Edward. What’s better than that!

I loved it!! And we will definitely be back! Everything from our room to our outings and food was great! We had our own personal butlers and they made it where we didn’t even have to think!! It was a much needed trip w beautiful views and beaches. Everyone was so accommodating and so friendly!! I absolutely loved it!!! Bubble baths, champagne, bed turn down every night!! Our last night we had dinner on the beach and it was so good!! We were a little iffy about food but it was good, we just had to get used to Dominican food and lots of seafood. All in all I give it more than 5 stars!!!!

Everything was amazing, such a beautiful hotel. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating ...not too mention super friendly. The activity directors were super fun, entertaining and friendly while we were there for our stay. The evening shows were fantastic. We would definitely come back for another visit.
