This is my second rating after another injury. Again, I’m just astonished by the work and knowledge of the therapists here. I tore my AC and CC ligaments in my shoulder at the beginning of the year. I’ve been working with one particular therapist and she has been wonderful. Pushing me just to the brink every time without going over my limits and my recovery was much much faster than my other surgeries (I’ve had 3 prior) that I’ve had in the past in the USA. The team doesn’t have a dedicated list of “do this, once done do this.” Everything is specifically tailored to your own personal needs. The staff listens to me, but more importantly I feel heard. They are incredibly accommodating and I just can’t give them enough credit. The owner is super personable. I hadn’t seen him in 2 years and he knew exactly who I was and asked me about my previous injury and how it was recovering (keep in mind this was outside the office and prior to me needed therapy again). I would trust the people over at OM Active with any kind of injury: from a sprained ankle to minor/major surgery, to spinal injuries. Great team, great therapists, great help, great work.

I don’t review/rate things but I was so thoroughly impressed with OM that I had to. To preface, I’ve had two shoulder surgeries, and seen many different therapists, some in the US some in Indonesia. That being said, Brett is the man. He sat with me and listened to every concern and let me explain exactly what I was feeling then based off of that would ask “well what about this? This is also common with those problems.” He’s super knowledgeable and personable. Then the PT he set me up with worked with me through my entire workout making sure my form was perfect. The facilities were clean and pristine. Everyone speaks English and Bahasa. The English and facilities made me feel as if I was back in America. Super awesome team and would highly recommend.

Physio Active has been very helpful with reliving the muscle problems in my arm. Timothy has been particularly helpful. Service is prompt and professional, especially Lela.Love the free gifts too.
