Now after they repaired my machine, i gave 4 star. They have good employee, but lacking of spare part if you have older generation machine like me. Luckily, their employee who came have a good solution. Thumbs up

Bought 4 AC, 3 just alike. 1 of the 3 has faulty compressor per the Panasonic Service guy. So it needs replacing. Have waited over 4 weeks for the Panasonic Service department to even make a decision. We call once a week. Nothing is ever known. I need this resolved. Compressor still in warranty repair period. Next time, if this is not resolved one way of the other, I will buy Daikin or some other name brand. It is rude not to reply, one way or another. Most of the positive reviews for this office are from local guides, not customers.
