the staff & service are great, but unfortunately the room is very old, it needed maintenance

Located in the middle of Jambi City. Kind of old hotel but literally gold because they maintained it well. Affordable price and they have strong wifi and free shuttle to airport . Friendly staff. I love the breakfast menu as well. One thing i dont like is the housekeeping service that always delay their service. I experienced twice for make up room but they didn't clean the room immediately no matter you asked already!

Strategic place, beautiful landscape view Batanghari River and Gentala Arasy Bridge

It's one of oldest hotel in Jambi. Has been recently operated by bencoolen. Lobby has been moved to Ground Floor of Mall WTC Batanghari Jambi, quite fresh design. It's quite convenient as it's connected to shopping center, fitness center & entertainment inside one whole complex.nnYou can have breakfast at the Riverside in the morning, and it has dining area looking over the river. Quite romantic.nnIt used to have a karaoke club before, but has been closed from early 2019.
