The staff is still on his phone while handling the customer, bad!nEdited : so I was pre ordered the mi10t series on 10 Dec 2020 and I should be able to get the free tws, but the free tws is still cannot be claimed until this week (21 - 27 Dec 2020 they say) What the fff. I think I can claim the tws and the phone at the same time, SUPER BAD STORE AND STAFF.

Went there to buy a phone. And when I wanted to pay the staff ask me to fill the membership and the form required my personal detail. When I asked what does it for, he said it's for their database so they can send me the receipt.Because they only can give digital receipt. There were some terms and conditions that I need to tick the box to said I agreed...etc..but they couldn't tell me what are the T&C. I asked how if I don't wanna do there, can I just get my receipt by give my email and he said I have to do that if not then I can't buy the phone from them or just buy from their reseller. WHAT A WEIRD STORE. Their system sounds dodgy for me. So because at the same time my sister wanted buy a phone too, so I asked her to pay that for me under her name.
