Best experience while stay at his hotel!nthis hotel has good parking lot, nice restaurant and good cleanliness. Good swimming pool, and the foods always great as usual! Keep up the good work Grand Mercure.n(During the covid19 procedure, this place also come with healthy protocols)

Had stay here many times but this was the first time since the pandemic. The health protocols were good. Rooms were sealed after cleaned, when checked in only because the second day it was not sealed. The service was a bit downgraded than usual, the room amenities were poor, less towel, the bed sheet were nit clean, the pool’s temperature was not like usual. Breakfast regulation were disappointing. The front desk ladies were helpful but one man was not, forgot to see his name, but he was unbearable.nThis is a nice n comfortable hotel. We had try most of the room type. But next time we’ll think twice tk stay here again.

Love this hotel very much due to its staff friendliness, the room, swimming pool is very good and parking lot is super comfy compared to other 5 star hotel in bandung. the breakfast food also very good. Recommended for those who like to stay near lembang

Nice place to stay, more over for family stay. Good food taste, nice service. Great room.
