This food is a hiden gem... i have read some article mentioning this food but i thougt it already closed or moved to another place. But on my way back to my hotel, Ibis Hotel Braga, it happen to be just around the corner of the hotel. The bacang is traditional food thay usually for breakfast, it is one kind of indonesian rice cake that consist with some chicken chunk. But special for this bacang it didnt have chicken chunk but the seller will slice the rice cake and add some beef meat betweem the slicing. You can ask to add the chili if you prefer spicy food.
