Due to the Covid 19 the staff has showed excelent services and warm welcome every day.

Nice place with such a price. The room is quite clean too.

Had a lovely stay here . The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help or answer questions . Great service and awesome bedroom view of the sunrise ! Very comfortable and just a step away from the immigration office ....However , bathroom cleanliness should be improved & add a little sound proof ...from my room i could literally hear the person next door talking / walking ... bt overall recommended if you're in and around Cilacap and looking for some place affordable which gives breathtaking sunrise views and comfortability .

Stay 15 - 17 July 2020 in this hotel room number 208 is a BIG MISTAKE.nHotel has been negligent in performing Covid protocol.nSofa is obviously dirty.nUsed tissue paper just lies behind the sofa.nPillows smell like somebody's head.nStained towels.nThere was a used towel hung behind the door (obviously from the previous guest).nLeaking water tap.nWash basin drain cover stuck.nShower floor drain was not properly work, the soapy water stays on the shower floor.nDusty floor.nViolence to Covid protocol, the towels, glasses and remotes were not covered by plastic bag.nHave to sleep in sweat but the AC remote shows 16° Cool.nCould not properly work from room as the internet was like from the stone age era.nFood, the next guest read this review should expect less.nNot to mention that the hotel location is not the best one.nMosquitoes!!nnStaffs friendliness was the only thing that pleased me.nnStay away from this hotel.
