Disappointing service, the receptionist did not show excellent waiters at all.n1. Ask for a fee for coffee but the service is lacking.n2. Complained that the facility was broken asking for an exchange but there was no response at all.nBy reason of the key below by the hotel owner.nWhile it is clear that the hotel is open 24 hours.nIf there is a complaint it is not served. But if someone checks in, they are immediately served and can open the room door.nEven though previously said the key was below by the hotel owner.
