Very good

Emergency service was at the first stage well organized, especially at 03:00am in the morning. Consultancy including x-ray, and doctor advice was not very satisfactory. It was necessary to insist for radiation protection. The hospital is very clean and tidy. The nurse was very helpful and kind.

Only for desperate emergency casenn(Improve ur human resource, coz i dont get better services since 5 years ago, the dead of my grandmother due to pure neglection)

As a Surabaya born person.....This National Hospital was built as new building from empty Land and opened from year 2013 I believe, and as a resident of West Surabaya, I am quite proud to have this National Hospital built and standing closed to my house in Western Surabaya.....I was admitted 2x into this Luxurious 5 stars Hospital.....and recently on the 7th floor for 17 nights.....in April 6-24, 2020.........Quite Okay....they gave L'Occitaine body wash and body shampoo in the toilet on 7th Floor....My room # 7205 is quite a pleasant room......and the nurses and the Medical Doctors are professionals and polite and kind hearted......Thanks for everything.......thank you....for your dedication.....

I did PCR test on Friday evening, 8 January 2021, their staff told me that I will get the result between 24 to 36 hours after test and the result will be sent directly to my email. Till now, more than 50 hours after test I have not got the result yet. I have sent email to the email address listed on the website and have not got any reply. In addition to that I have called many times the Hotline number listed on the website but could not connect to anyone.
