Huge hospital with multiple branches of disease speciality. They have been working hard during the pandemic. My mother was in the emergency room, and the one who treated her was kind and understanding. The cashier however, was very rude, and even she insulted me. Though sadly, that is the stereotype of any states hospital in Indonesia, which I assume might be true.

Such a terrible service that being given to the patient.... They (the doctors) even don't apologizing for the mistake they made to the patient.... Totally rude..... Such a terrible hospital

Very good services hospital in Surabaya city. Calm amd quiet hospital. The number one famous hospital in Surabaya. Easy access and large parking area.
