Quite surprised got rapid test (antigen) before entering the hospital for MCU. The service was good, the staffs were also kind.nnWould give 5 stars if the administration process was faster. It took hours for x-ray and blood test although there was no queue.

Over all service is great and hygienic. Administration process doesn't take a long time and the staffs are competent & friendly. Before i go to meet the doctor, the nurse will check our condition first and will take notes of our problem so it doesn't take much time when i meet the specialist. Though it doesn't take a long time, the specialist give more insight and explanation to me so i don't worry much also everything is easily understandable. BUT you sure need to prepare a lot of money. This hospital receives cashless payment from every debit/card that has mastercad or visa logo so it's great.

Great service, no unnecessary bureaucracy, to the point straightforward great hospital. I had an accident that caused a fracture on my foot, and required a wound care for abnormal cell growth. The wounds have healed perfectly whereas in other doctors and hospitals, my wound couldn't be treated properly for a month. My grandma was hospitalized at first due to stomach problem but at the second day, she had a fever and the doctor detected very early that she had a stroke. Thanks to the early diagnosis, she was admitted to intensive care unit specialized for stroke. Now she is alive and well and has no sign of the stroke. My grandpa also collapsed from heart attack and admitted here, diagnosed right away and scheduled surgery for heart valve/annuloplasty. Right now thank god they are both alive and well. My family have always have high trust for this hospital. Thank you Ramsay.
