Thank you for service. I am a BPJS patient. Childbirth with SC. The sisters are friendly. The doctor is okay too. The place is clean. Thank you for being served so well.

Assalamualaikum .. It's really bad from the front office service, specialist poly, to the hospitalization (past experience) .. Please pay more attention to how to communicate between divisions, between medical servants + patients, don't confuse all patients as human beings who don't know anything. I am disappointed that the system is getting worse and worse. Do not arrive because of only a few people, continue to improve the evaluation for the service. Thank you very much. And one more thing, if not because the BPJS flow requires my parents to be referred to Bunda Waru Hospital, I also don't want my mother to be treated there. Waalaikumsalam..ud83dude0cud83dude4f
