Hi. I would like to make a review. This is not a complaint but a comment. Your staff key in the wrong pump. And ask me to swipe my card for the second time. She mention the money will not be deducted. After i swipe second time. Then i check my bank account, it did deduct rm30 (first swipe) and rm 25 (second swipe). She key in the wrong pump and it goes to a motorcyclist beside my pump (no.11). My car at no.12. she didnt even say sorry. I mean at least you apologize for your own carelessnes. This is not right. People make mistake but its not the way you say it but how you say it. After i came back for the second time asking what happen to the money that has been deducted,then she said it will be refunded within 7 days. I said,none of your staff apologize. This makes me mad. Really mad and disappointed. Dont you ever teach them manners on customer service. Ok instead of paying rm30, i end up paying Rm 50 and get RM 25 oil in my tank. Please teach them manners..
