During my stay in Malaysia for a period of 1.5 years, I visited the Alpro Pharmacy Batu Kawa unit once when I was feeling unwell, the staff welcomed me and treated me well. I experienced homely treatment and they courteously answered all my queries offering me safe medication and steps to follow. I felt better in 2 more days. Since than I always visited this unit, soon to realize that they have the biggest Pharmacy chain all over Malaysia. In terms of their kindness, patience, and dedication is one that all pharmacies should strive to possess, and it is always a pleasure to go there and experience their professional and courteous behavior, it was always a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend Alpro Pharmacy Batu Kawa. The staff professional & courteous & were very sympathetic to my needs. The consultation I had over the phone was informative & thorough yet didn't take up my time waiting on the phone when I was unwell. They listened to my concerns & health needs & my prescription was filled & delivered to my home within 24hours. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you for your assistance in my time of great need!
