Recently visited the shop. I have written my full name, hp number and take my temperature upon enter the shop. The young lady staf wearing spectacle says my handwriting very poor, need to write properly. What is wrong with my hand writing, she wants to comment also, as for me it is very rude. I sweared i will not enter this shop anymore!!

very bad experienced when your staff is rude in communicating with the customer. May be your staff are still very young but please respect and talk politely to your customers.
