such a breathtaking view, the waterfall is so high and big, water and air is very fresh even though the access to get here is quite challenging but it is very worth it. this is what we called as the Beauty of Borneo Forest.

The view is breathtaking, amazing to see volcanic rock wall standing at this height in the heart of Borneo jungle. As can be seen in Lake Aco, Linggang Bigung, Melak, apparently there is at least one active prehistoric volcano in Melak area.nnAccess from the main road is a bit challenging. There's also no visible signage indicating Inar Waterfall from the main road. We had to ask the local villagers. One kilometres of dirt road, followed with steep stairs broken in several places. No changing room nor toilet available. Definitely not an ordinary child safe tourist attraction.

Waterfalls are the main attraction when visiting West Kutai. You could say one of the highest waterfalls in West Kutai which is always a favorite tourist spot when the holiday season arrives.nnThe road to get here from the city is nice paved but when entering the waterfall area the road is still dirt and quite slippery so be careful, the facilities are lacking here. There is a mosque which is also a village worship facility. For the toilet it is quite difficult to find.nnWhen it is not the holiday season this place is quite quiet, and there is no entrance fee. When the holiday season many sell, and entrance tickets. It's not quite complete if you go to Kutai Barat but not to Jantur Inaar, because it is an icon of Kubar tourist spot. For natural beauty there is no doubt. Can see the photos. But for the access road to enter because the land still gets very muddy when it rains. The path leading to the bush is already high, the ground is slippery when it rains, the wooden stairs are rotten and slippery. Increasingly neglected during the Covid pandemic. Hopefully it will be a concern for related parties.
