Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

My husband and I went to Atlantic City for a vacation, not knowing much about the area. I'm not sure if AC is this way all the time but it felt pretty seedy and doesn't have a lot to do if you aren't into gambling.nnWe took it upon ourselves to visit every big hotel just to get a feel for them, but we stayed in Hard Rock Hotel. I got to say that this was the best choice we could have made. Hard Rock Hotel felt like the most clean, modern, and service-oriented than the others we visited. Overall the experience here was great except for one glaring thing which I found weird. The way the bathtub is placed in the room is strange. It's like it's higher than the floor, so getting out causes you to lose balance. I'm surprised they haven't gotten sued over that.nnIf you have your heart set on visiting AC, I would definitely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel. It's the best hotel in the area, hands down.

This has become my go to in AC. Never left a loser, good service. Top 5 places to visit while down there.nnJust spent my first stay there and I enjoyed it. The beds were nice the room was nice, it was a very comfortable stay. Room service was good. They were fast to fix the problem just a long wait for the food and to report the problem. The elevators is another subject. Check in early if you can and check out early or late as possible. You will wait for an elevator! It took us 25 minutes to get downstairs to leave. Because of Covid-19 only 6 at a time, so that happened. Be patient and have a since of humor and you will be find.

I absolutely love the Hard Rock, it's the best hotel/casino in Atlantic city! The staff is very professional and friendly, seems like they take care of their employees which is great. Rooms are always clean, this hotel is just fabulous, I refuse to stay anywhere else!

Love this casino! SUPER CLEAN. Covid precautions taken seriously. THE BATHROOMS ARE BREATHTAKING AND HUGE. SUPER CLEAN. SMELLS GREAT.nnAs far as the Machines, most were dirty. They could have better cleaning staff to provide a clean environment to feel happy in, JUST IN REGARDS TO THE CASINO AREA. The slot machines to be specific. There were so many dirty cups on the machines and lots of sticky residue like spills. Also the ladies who come around to ask if you need a drink never once asked my mom, sister & I if we needed one both times we went.

My wife and I can't wait to go back. This is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at in AC. Staff members were very respectful and helpful. They treated us like royalty and we even got a little lucky on the slots.
