Very disappointing service. My chronology ran out of airplane tickets and paid for the ticket through the website, bro, given the same cust service sun no branch of the king base, I phoned the branch that was in the king base said he left at 3 pm, and after waiting for more than 3 hours I was told to ride the ALS bus in Malang Surabaya, the bus was bad smelly and was full of passengers, and I went down to get on the ALS because I had to stand up, and I asked to return the money to board the plane the next day but got a 25% discount, even though there was no cancellation discount on the ticket information. I was very disappointed with the service, and I until now at 17:37 still promised to take the bus later at 7ml when the appointment was before 3:00 p.m. Very disappointing, I feel cheated with p.o san. !!!
