I am a customer of Bank Lampung Way Halim, the service is terrible.nStarting from the security guard who is not friendly and feels superior, high intonation of speech seems angry.nnChairs with a cross (x) are not properly used, but if a customer sits according to the sign, they are reprimanded because they can be next to each other, even though they are the only ones giving the sign.nMy advice is to immediately benchmark it to a private bank with better service. Honestly, I will only go to Bank Lampung if there are only urgent matters, there is no desire to expand using other programs, the main factor is the very poor service of the Way Halim office.nHopefully there can be improvements.

The place is easy to find. But the parking lot is a bit cramped for cars. So sometimes the traffic jams up to the road. Also please improve the service again.

The service is bad, instead of saying from the start that the system for paying the PBB is not possible, even though I know I want to by the United Nations. Unless I don't want to by the PB, so I don't have to wait long. Which is not easy, the other visitors are given a place to sit & open the door, as long as I have the usual appearance because wearing ordinary sandals and jackets, being ignored / disregarded, dtwarin just sitting or not, not crazy respect but don't know the service. Do I have to go to the bank to pay for the United States using gold and the appearance of an official?nThank you, hopefully it can be repaired again.
