Clean, helpful staffs, and calm beach

It is one of the established older type accommodation in Pantai Pede area. The main road outside is still under renovation for new walkway and lighting. The hotel itself comprises of villas and rooms on the main building. Each room is bigger than your normal hotel rooms in Labuan Bajo but has shown its age. Swimming pool is small but enough for families to enjoy. Breakfast is minimal but good enough to satisfy your guests but not exceptional. Parking is limited but available inside the premise. There is a beach right outside the swimming pool.

We had a lovely one night stay here. The room was clean, the bathroom is humongous. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I'd give it 5 stars, but the restaurant food isn't very good. Again though, the staff is friendly in the restaurant and at front. They have a beach and a pool as well.

Nice resort with the beaches views but they need to clean up the beach so people can swimming and playing near the beach.nFood and rooms are okay so far.nJust make more do maintenance terutama bagian furnitur dikamar, karena banyak kotoran cicak yang tidak dibersihkan.nI was there 30 aug till 2 sept 2020.

Great service, comfortable place, strategically located, has it's own beach area, super clean room and surrounding environment, reasonable rate. Highly recommended!
