The room is clean and tidy. Appreciate for the warm and charming staf. Please adjust the Breakfast buffet items

Poor service. They said they have good wifi, but it turned the wifi did not work at all, and the staff was not helpfull about this. We are here for work meeting venue, so this is crucial for us, yet the staff did not do anything to fix this.nnAll the food are overcooked, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Poor selection of fruit, only overripe papaya and some water melon.nThe beach is dirty, littered with plastic bottles & other waste and noone at the hotel seems to care.
