We came here in the middle of pandemic. All staffs were wearing masks.nnWe are a family of 4. We've booked a Family Room. I did not read the description of the room throughly. I was expecting our room will be facing the sea. It turn out, none of the Family Room Suite have any view at all. I will book 2 regular rooms next time we are here.nnThe hotel is still under major expansion. Fortunately, we did not hear anything after 5PM when we return from our boat tour.nnThe breakfast choices are good. They serve Indonesian food as well as western (included in our room).nnWe used their car to drop off to the airport (include in the price). The distant to the airport is very close. But the road are very steep and hilly.

I took the honeymoon package travel from the hotel and their staff really guide us well and the hospitality really great.nI love to spend my evening swimming the pool.nReally great scenery from the beach.nThey also set up a romantic dinner that took place in the iconic spot of the hotel and breakfast in the nearby hill.nI want to revisit here again in the future for sure ud83dude09

Very very very good hotel and recommended to stay... very good view from here to see the land and sea of Labuan Bajo . Love it

The last time I went there, I've had a bad experience with their staff, Dita.nShe should've explained to me what happened after my menu wasn't delivered instead of keep arguing that she's right and I was wrong.nnI have made complaint email to their management, also through personal chat with their restorant manager. Both of them would like to invite me back there, and firstly they have apologized for the bad service.nnI'll be back there soon, but of course, I'll keep you updated with my new experience and tell you soon.

View really good especially when sunset. The staff really friendly and theres free shuttle buss from hotel to town
