A hospital with very clean and good medical services

VERY UGLY !!!! the service is very ugly and RUDE !!!! When in the EDD the curtain separates one patient from another patient whose basic plastic material turns out not to be sterile because there is still a trace of blood that has dried out before it is plastic so that the dirt / blood comes out if it is washed is never replaced or washed so the blood is dry; at the emergency room about 3 hours more waiting to get a room, explained to the nurse if the room was still turned out when entering the room; the bedside was dusty; dusty cupboard; the sink was dirty, crusty, there was dirt in the cracks where the sink water flowed and was slightly clogged; the bathroom was dirty, crusty, there were still remnants of his hair. Oh, it turned out to be sterilized like this, even though I was already happy because he said it was sterilized, it meant that the cleanliness was guaranteed, it turned out to be horrible. The ones who cleaned it were just the ones that looked like books, the good ones were the covers (the outer skin), but the contents were NO !!! When the patient's hands were swollen from the infusion and reported to the nurse, the nurse, did not go directly to the patient's room, and even called the patient's family 3x but the nurse said "ok", eh it didn't come too, about 2 hours didn't come. Roommate patients (there are 2 patients in 1 room) who were operated on should before the patient fasted the food should be prioritized before the patient fasted, eh this was given when the patient had entered the operating room. Really the hospital! The food deliveryman was very unfriendly, the patient was still sleeping and had not had time to eat, the food deliveryman was angry because food had not been eaten even though the patient's family had said that the patient was still resting and later the dining place would be delivered to the kitchen, uh the food was angry. The person entering the hospital paid for it is not free, yeah, you pay on your money, yeah, but your attitude is really good !!!!! BAD SERVE DEH !!!!!! Lu if he is ready to work in a public service place, you must be prepared to face various people with their character. After all, we are talking well, but instead in a very rude response !!!!! Please help the hospital, not as long as you recruit people just because you have an educational background according to the needs of the hospital, but seen if you need to be taught a good attitude in serving people. And please do not serve people with indiscriminately. About us, our style is not mean that we don't have money !!!!! People who visit patients sometimes sit and sleep outside the patient's room and are so noisy that the patient cannot rest well, there is no visiting hour so those who want to visit also come as much as possible even perhaps all RTs enter the room and are not even reprimanded. Please repair the service and HR. thanks.

Bad hospital ... bad !! How come the morning has been "registered" by the doctor? It hasn't arrived until this hour ... what kind of hospital is this ... It's better if you don't have a doctor.
