CS is less skilled, less competent and does not understand data. Fraud technicians, we bought a 20 mbps gamers package, they should have 3 plays but they only install 1 play. In the end we reported directly to the telkom center, and as a result 2 additional plays were installed.

Yesterday, I came here to make a network break up complaint for the company I work for. The CS is songong from 3 years ago until now. So CS has to be warm-hearted, miss, face can't be curt. Even though we are there to complain, Yes, it must be responded properly. The consumer also asks for his rights so that the network is stable again. Professional and dignified, there's nothing wrong with it, but being served well is also our right as consumers.

Please monitor the falling internet cable and it depends on blocking the way in and out of people's houses on Jl. Agriculture no. 44 kel. Jayamukti kec. Dumai east of the city of Dumai. messed up this indihome is really broken from all the way up today it's not really thought about going to 147 cheap or really disappointing service
