The technician is unprofessional to repair laptops, he said the laptop has no problems after being serviced, but I was made to go back and forth twice just to fix a laptop with the same problem ... the cost of checking was 100 thousand (previously written on paper 75 thousand then crossed out and changed in handwriting so 100 thousand), I was given checking money but I was not trustworthy to check the laptop as well as possible .. I brought the laptop back here with the same problem many times, there was a guarantee but I was asked to spend more money which was more expensive .. a good technician should understand from the start the condition of the laptop and discussing all laptop problems with the owner .. I thought, do you want to help or rob? very disappointing ... the CS is also not good at responding to complaints via WhatsApp ... whether he forgets to reply or is lazy to respond back ...
