All is good but the air conditioner sometimes is too cold 😌 i don't know that's just my opinion or not, but honestly it makes me uncomfortable while watching the movie 😩

Me and my friends have very bad experience with this place. Schedule is not updated due to technical error (2 days), uninformative customer service, unfriendly and incapable manager on duty (mr.PKN, he even dispelled us). It is just because the movie we want to watch is not being showed at XXI so we are forced to go to Cinemaxx (now Cinepolis) to watch it. I will not go here anymore if the same movie will be shown at XXI.
